The Lakers signed rookie Brandon Ingram on Tuesday, bringing their total number of players under contract to 14.With Tarik Black expected to soon sign a two-year deal the sides agreed to in July, the Lakers appear to be nearly done with the nuts and bolts of completing its regular season roster, which must be at no more than 15 players on opening night.
