LAS VEGAS >> Like the end of any trip here, sometimes it becomes a better idea just to rest. This did not entail abstaining from prolonging any fun at the casinos or nightclubs. Instead, Lakers second-year guard D'Angelo Russell sat out of the team's 92-88 consolation loss to the Utah Jazz on Friday at Thomas & Mack Center.
