Lakers’ Ball has arthroscopic surgery on knee

Lakers guard Lonzo Ball tried rest and PRP injections to treat a torn meniscus in his left knee, but Tuesday had arthroscopic surgery. GM Rob Pelinka expects Ball will be ready for camp, where he will compete with Rajon Rondo for the starting PG spot.
