Miami Heat guard Josh Richardson was ejected on Sunday night after throwing his shoe into the stands. Miami guard Josh Richardson was ejected from the Heat's 113-97 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday night. Midway through the fourth quarter at American Airlines Arena in Miami, Richardson lost his shoe attempting to throw down a dunk.
