LeBron James racked up another landmark on Friday and cited his 'extra motivation' to recapture his best form after the injury that blighted him last season. James scored 25 points as the Los Angeles Lakers recorded a seventh win on the bounce, defeating the Miami Heat 95-80. In doing so, he became only the third player in NBA history to tally 1000 regular-season games in which he has scored 20 points or more, joining Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
