Greek star Antetokounmpo had 22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists for the Bucks, who improved their league-best record to 26-4 with an eighth consecutive road victory. Antetokounmpo made 8-of-10 shots from the floor, 2-of-4 from 3-point range and went 4-of-8 from the free throw line for the Bucks, who were coming off a Thursday triumph over the Western Conference-leading Los Angeles Lakers.
