Julian Edelman is one of millions of NBA fans who support a unique tribute to Kobe Bryant. The New England Patriots wide receiver on Tuesday joined the #ChangeTheLogo movement asking the NBA to change its iconic logo from a silhouette of Los Angeles Lakers legend Jerry West to Bryant, who was killed Sunday along with his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, and seven others in a helicopter crash. Edelman is hardly alone; an fan started a petition Monday on Change.org to make Bryant the new NBA logo, and it has received more than 1.7 million signatures of support.
