SAN ANTONIO - A win that left Lakers coach Luke Walton encouraged left some Lakers fans discouraged.The first-year coach saw his young team overcome injuries and their season-long learning curve to beat the more seasoned San Antonio Spurs, 102-95, on Wednesday at AT&T Center."They're having fun," Walton said.
